An experimental wrapper around @angular/compiler-cli to expose a tsc-like interface for use with libraries that expect the typescriptServices API, e.g. [awesome-typescript-loader]((https://github.com/s-panferov/awesome-typescript-loader). Ideally this won't be needed in the future.
