Demo
Install and basic usage
$ npm install --save vue-draggable-resizable
Register the component
import Vue from 'vue'
import VueDraggableResizable from 'vue-draggable-resizable'
Vue.component('vue-draggable-resizable', VueDraggableResizable)
You may now use the component in your markup

Gotchas
Be careful to use appropriate values for x

props when you want to restrict the component in its parent element.
Bonus
